Fee for additional person:

After-stay cleaning 45 Euro

The price doesn´t include the local fee nor the guest card fee. The fee must be paid upon arrival. The price includes all additional costs such as electricity, water, heating, parking, linen, towels, toilet paper and Wi-Fi. Cancellation 7 days prior to arrival is without cancellation fee. The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Accommodation is suitable for children from 3 years old.
